Ignore this. Best way is OMAD. I have tried it and lost 102 kg to 78 kg in 5 months. Almost 1.2 kg per week.
My problem was, I cant leave food with half empty stomach. Either I can take too much food or I can stay full empty stomach. Mid way was not possible by me. So I did this (below) and got huge success. So I m sharing this.
I only took dinner with mix vegitables carrot, broccoli/ Cabbage, chilly, onion , bit root, spinach , peas and other 2-3 green vegetables and any beans (1/3 glass, different everyday) and 100 grams rice (very small bowl). Put all of them in full of 5 litres big cooker and cook it till 1 whistle.
Eat whatever amount u want.
But 2 conditions. (1) U cant take any calorie/food till next 23 hours. 1 hour above meal whatever quantity and 23 hours hunger (only water). (2) U cant touch sugar till u follow this diet. Not in tea or coffee also. Not in dinner also.
Tip :- whenever I got little hungry, I drunk 1 full bottle water(1 litre)
Check your weak point, when u become too hungry, for example Lunch time with colleagues or morning breakfast time. Drink full bottle water at that time.
Most important :- Entire game is for first 3 days. If u r able to maintain 3 days with this plan, than u won the war. Because after 3rd day your brain will stop sending hunger signal rest of time. Because your brain will understand that u will get food only in night. So brain will adopt this.
1st day comparatively easy
2nd day toughest
3rd day tough but easy compare to 2nd day
4th day easy and body starting to adopt this
5th day easy
Make your only dinner spicy and tasty but without sugar and very low oil.
Result :- U will definitely lose 1kg per week.
Check your weight every Monday same time and possibly same weight machine and Never forget to note down in mobile with mentioned date time.
