I just wanna share, yall. My aunt who is a nutritionist told me about this ginger water. 5 days na po akong umiinom neto. Mas better if may chia seeds kayong ilalagay. Nag timbang din ako before I did this, and now, I lost 6 kilos already in five days! Also, yung dinner ko po, nagtry din ako na wag mag rice pag dinner kasi di na yon masyado nadidigest dahil usually humihiga ako agad. So, apples and skyflakes tsaka lemon mismo yung dinner ko habang kasabay yung ginger water. I drink this all day. Eto na yung pinaka main water ko. Effective po, maayos rin yung pagpoop, di mahirap.
