I reopened my social calendar. I figured, human interaction is to discover the best probably, right? I am weird enough since it is. My friends aren’t on a no-sugar diet. Actually, they could care less that I am not wanting to eat sugar.
Of course, they would like to get cupcakes, ice cream, and delicious comfort food types. Alas, I have to be strong. While my friends eat all of the cake, I eat… grilled corn from a street cart, chopped mango from a street cart, a bag of almonds from my purse, and slowly I inside die. This is my entire life now. A complete life without color, music, or happiness… but at least I’ve my health! Side note for the largest pro-tip of most: Those purse almonds sure can be found in handy.
Day 30 has ended. It had been done by me. I am so proud. I’ve made history. No-one did this before LOL! I longer feel just like a slave to my cravings no. The best effect it had on me was in the most unexpected way: sleep. I drink a complete large amount of coffee not giving that up, dude, sorry! Eliminating added sugars allowed me to finally feel tired when I was said to be tired. Drifting off to sleep was a breeze. I went from tossing and turning for just one or two hours to dropping just like a fly in quarter-hour or less.
This gave me more energy to accomplish awesome things that are excellent for my body and mind, like cooking the majority of my meals in the home and venturing out for long strolls in the amazing parks that surround my home. Primarily, it taught me the need for balance. Now I know a few bits of watermelon and herbal iced tea will fulfill my cravings the majority of the time rather than an iced vanilla latte and a chocolate cookie OK, fine, several chocolate cookies.
But I understand the question everyone had: Did I lose weight? It really depends upon your intentions. If you want to boost your cardiovascular health in the long run, then yes, it shall work.
If you would like more energy and improved sleep possibly, then yes, it’ll work. If you would like to enter your chrysalis only caterpillar, then emerge a lovely butterfly who’s longer beholden to cravings – yes no, it will work. As possible plainly see, only a couple of days later I am enjoying a strawberry lemonade and snacking on a pint of chocolate truffle ice cream. I am weak. Fortunately, my cravings back remain not. This detox is that just, a detox. It’s important to live a happy life of moderation, where indulgences are simply that: indulgences, each day between meals meaning they happen every occasionally and not.

i need some advice about something, whenever Im on my period or know when Im getting my period i start to eat a lot but the kinds of food Im eating isnt..all that healthy lol because once Im on my period i began craving for sweets and i wanna eat something that makes me happy but when youre on your period what kinds of food do you eat ? I want to eat and not gain weight from all those junk foods. Any advice??
Since i love and crave chocolate when i am on my period, i usually try to trick my brain by eating dark chacolate (around 80% at least). Or i get a coffee (no sugar, no cream allowed) since its a substance that stops hunger and craving. It works for me, might work for you too but you have to like those.

Pimples are quite gone and i lost 1 kg. Im energic even in this quarantine thing. Also learned not only desserts, everything may include sugar. Its a poison for me now. Try and keep going!

quitting sugar always confused me because it seems to be in everything. i’ve lost a lot of weight but now i’m at that SUPER HARD period where you need to just burn the stubborn fat that’s left. i don’t struggle with eating poorly and i maintain balance, but i still feel seeing the amount of sugar i consume in a day (mainly in fruits) is so frustrating. things have been especially hard with me still living with my mom, and her discovering clearance easter candy, but im staying strong. also trying to stick to smaller fruits now like berries instead of large things that dont fill me up like watermelon!

My friend used to be in Japan and used to send me japanese chocolates. Sorry I do not remember any of them now, it is 6,7 years ago. I am a chocolate addicter too. But I do not eat it a lot as before because of control of my belly.
